Dr. Uzoamaka Eke is the Founder and President of Noela4kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting childhood hunger and expanding opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive.

A physician, educator, and financial professional, Dr. Eke brings a lifelong commitment to service, education, and empowering others to her leadership of Noela4kids. She believes that access to something as fundamental as a nutritious meal can have a profound impact on a child’s health, education, and future.

Her vision for Noela4kids is both simple and bold: to feed all children, across all nations.

Under her leadership, Noela4kids works with communities and partners to provide meals to children in need while building sustainable solutions that help remove hunger as a barrier to education and opportunity.

For Dr. Eke, every meal represents more than food. It represents dignity, hope, and the opportunity for a child to dream of a brighter future.

Dr. Chioma (Ifeyinwa) Obinna-Njoku is a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist based in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, with a career dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children.

She serves as the Nigeria Lead and Liaison for Noela4kids and as the Director of the Chinonyerem Noela Nwanyanwu’s Kids Foundation (CNNK), Noela4kids’ sister organization in Nigeria.

Dr. Obinna-Njoku has led and participated in several outreach programs to schools within local communities, helping bring support and resources directly to children in need. Through her medical expertise, community engagement, and on-the-ground leadership, she plays an integral role in advancing Noela4kids’ mission in Nigeria and its vision of feeding all children, across all nations.

Secretary

Nonye Onyia serves as Secretary of Noela4kids, bringing extensive experience in project and program management, data analytics, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

A results-driven professional, she has built her career around bringing people together, managing complex initiatives, and delivering outcomes with accuracy, accountability, and a strong focus on collaboration.

Nonye also brings significant nonprofit leadership experience. She previously served as President of the Ofuobi Women’s Organization of Connecticut, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and charitable organization dedicated to service and community impact.

Her combination of professional expertise, nonprofit leadership, and commitment to service strengthens the governance and mission of Noela4kids as the organization works toward its vision of feeding all children, across all nations.

Dr. Ahizechukwu C. Eke is a physician-scientist, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist, researcher, and global health leader who serves on the Board of Noela4kids, where he supports grant development, corporate funding initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

He is an Associate Professor of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and leads nationally and internationally funded research focused on improving the health of women and their families. His work spans the United States, Nigeria, and other parts of sub-Saharan Africa and has contributed to advances in maternal health, infectious diseases, and pregnancy outcomes.

With extensive experience developing and leading major research initiatives, including NIH-funded programs, Dr. Eke brings valuable expertise in grant writing, research, program development, and navigating competitive funding opportunities.

At Noela4kids, he helps identify and pursue grant and corporate funding opportunities that can expand the organization’s reach and strengthen the sustainability of its programs. Through his scientific expertise, global health experience, and commitment to service, he supports Noela4kids’ vision of feeding all children, across all nations.

Kelechi Akinbosede, JD, Legal Adviser at Noela4kids

Legal Adviser

Kelechi Akinbosede is an attorney, mediator, investigator, and community advocate who serves as Legal Adviser to Noela4kids, providing guidance on legal, governance, and nonprofit matters.

She is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Nnodim Law PLLC, where her practice includes family-based immigration law, business and nonprofit transactions, and criminal defense. She also serves as a Senior Investigator with the City of Detroit Office of Inspector General and as a Hearing Panelist on the State of Michigan Attorney Discipline Board.

Kelechi earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a degree in Marketing from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. Her extensive leadership and community service experience includes previously serving as President of the Vanzetti Hamilton Bar Association and providing pro bono legal services and mentorship within her community.

As Legal Adviser to Noela4kids, Kelechi provides counsel on legal and governance matters, reviews organizational documents, supports compliance with the organization’s bylaws and legal requirements, and helps ensure that its activities remain aligned with sound nonprofit governance practices.

Her commitment to service, justice, and strengthening communities supports Noela4kids as it continues to grow its impact and pursue its vision of feeding all children, across all nations.

Chief Financial Officer

Chiemezie Nwanyanwu, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Noela4kids, providing financial leadership and oversight to support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.

An experienced accounting professional and tax strategist, Chiemezie brings expertise in financial reporting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. His professional experience includes extensive work within the real estate industry, where he has helped organizations maintain strong financial reporting and sound fiscal management.

As Chief Financial Officer, Chiemezie oversees Noela4kids’ financial management, budgeting, reporting, and internal financial controls, helping to promote transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to the organization.

Through his financial expertise and commitment to service, he helps strengthen the financial foundation necessary for Noela4kids to grow sustainably and advance its vision of feeding all children, across all nations.

Dr. Chidiebere “Chidi” Nwanyanwu serves as Marketing Operations Director for Noela4kids, helping drive the organization’s growth, visibility, and community engagement.

A pharmacist and experienced Pharmacy Manager based in the Detroit metropolitan area, Chidi brings a combination of healthcare leadership, operational experience, and a passion for community service to his role with Noela4kids.

As Marketing Operations Director, he helps develop targeted marketing and outreach initiatives, supports the organization’s social media and digital presence, and works to expand awareness of Noela4kids and its mission. He also helps identify and cultivate potential donors, sponsors, and strategic partnerships that can strengthen the organization’s programs and extend its reach.

Through strategic publicity, community outreach, and relationship building, Chidi plays an important role in connecting more people and organizations with Noela4kids and advancing its vision of feeding all children, across all nations.

Dr. Francis Nwanyanwu is an Internal Medicine physician and Board Member of Noela4kids with a passion for supporting community-based programs that help underserved individuals and families thrive.

As part of the Noela4kids leadership team, Dr. Nwanyanwu oversees the organization’s website and digital presence, helping ensure that its mission, programs, leadership, and impact are accurately and effectively communicated to the public. He works closely with the publicity and marketing teams to develop and maintain website content, highlight opportunities to support the organization, and ensure that donors, volunteers, and partners can easily connect with Noela4kids and its work.

Beyond his professional career in medicine, Dr. Nwanyanwu is deeply committed to service and to strengthening communities through initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact.

Through his medical background, community focus, and leadership in digital communications, he helps Noela4kids share its story, broaden its reach, and advance its vision of feeding all children, across all nations.
